Nestled by the enchanting Matka Gorge, this hotel offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The room boasted a rustic yet cozy ambiance, complemented by a striking view of the gorge. The on-site restaurant, although a tad pricey, served delectable dishes amid the serene surroundings.Exploring the nearby caves, including Vrelo and Krshtalna, added a touch of adventure to our stay. The historical allure of the medieval buildings sprinkled throughout the gorge added depth to our cultural immersion. The staff, save for a minor encounter with a grumpy waiter, exuded warmth and hospitality, enhancing our overall experience.While the parking situation was a bit challenging, especially for those with larger vehicles, the captivating beauty of the surroundings more than made up for this inconvenience. Despite minor hiccups, our time here was memorable, offering a glimpse into the natural and historical wonders of Macedonia.
